World Health Organization’s updated medical classification put into mobile
The World Health Organization has been continually revising its medical classification list. It tracks and monitors diseases, symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, external causes of injury and diseases. Now on their 10th revision, Mesasix developed an app that will let you have all these at the tip of your fingertips. As a diagnostic tool for health management and clinical purposes, you can now easily use this on your Apple devices whenever and wherever you need it.
ICD-10 iOS
1
ICD-10 CM (Clinical Modifications)
The app has replaced ICD-9-CM Vols. 1 and 2 for the 2016 ICD-10-CM. This contains codes for services provided from October 1, 2015 until September 30, 2016. The codes in this classification include diagnosis and reasons for visits that can be navigated by chapters, categories, and so on.
2
ICD-10 PCS (Procedure Coding System)
Also replacing the ICD-9-CM Vol. 3, the new information in the app includes tables, index, and definitions in surgical, medical, and diagnostic interventions. The codes in this classification list are to be used for discharges from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016

With Concise Information
Every item includes a brief definition and explanation of a disease or procedure, substantial enough to let you know of the basic facts.
